DMCA / Copyright Policy

Effective date: October 11, 2026

Zumi Vids (“we”, “us” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects visitors to the website located at zumivids.com (the “Website”) to do the same. This DMCA / Copyright Policy sets out the procedure by which copyright owners may notify us of alleged infringement, in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, 17 U.S.C. § 512 (the “DMCA”), and other applicable laws.

1. Nature of the Website

The Website does not host, upload or store any video files on its servers. All media is hosted by independent third-party services. The Website provides links to, and embedded players from, such services, and we have no control over the content stored on them.

2. Notice of Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorised to act on behalf of one, and you believe that material accessible through the Website infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice that includes the following information:

  • a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or of a person authorised to act on the owner’s behalf;
  • identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  • identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including the full URL of each page on the Website where it appears;
  • your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
  • a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on behalf of the owner.

3. Where to Send Notices

Notices must be sent by email to [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA Notice”. Notices that do not substantially comply with the requirements above may not be acted upon.

4. Our Response

Upon receipt of a notice that substantially complies with the requirements above, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the links or embedded material identified in the notice. Because the underlying files are hosted by third parties, we also recommend that you submit a notice directly to the hosting service concerned, as only that service is able to remove the file itself.

5. Misrepresentation

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. If you are uncertain whether material infringes your rights, we recommend that you seek legal advice before submitting a notice.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may amend this DMCA / Copyright Policy at any time by posting the revised version on this page with an updated effective date.
